We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant Wanted!

We’re a small but mighty marketing and advertising agency specializing in Facebook Ads Management and Go High Level automation, and we’re looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team.

What You’ll Do (Your Role):
- Administrative Support: Manage daily back-end tasks to keep the business running smoothly such as calendar & email management.
- Client Communication: Schedule meetings, send updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Go High Level Management: Assist in creating, updating, and managing client campaigns.
- Facebook Ads Support: Monitor ad performance, update campaigns, and create reports.
- Data Organization: Maintain organized records in our CRM and other systems.
- Research: Stay ahead of trends in Facebook Ads and automation tools to offer insights.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience with Facebook Ads Management (META Business Suite) and Go High Level (both required).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- A passion for marketing, technology, and helping businesses grow.

Bonus Points for Experience With:
- Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Project management software (Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Email marketing platforms.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week.
- Availability during Central Standard Time business hours is required
