Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented virtual assistant with extensive experience in managing claims and reviewing removals on Airbnb. If you’re passionate about short-term rental operations, excel at navigating Airbnb policies, and thrive in problem-solving situations, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and file claims through Airbnb’s Host Guarantee or AirCover for Hosts, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately.
- Handle guest damage disputes with professionalism, presenting clear evidence to Airbnb for resolution.
- Track the status of claims and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid missed deadlines.
- Evaluate reviews for violations of Airbnb’s Content Policy and submit removal requests when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with Airbnb Support to appeal denied claims or reviews and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain organized records of claims, evidence, and communication with Airbnb Support.
- Monitor reviews to identify trends or issues and propose solutions to improve guest experiences.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to Airbnb management as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in handling claims and review removals on Airbnb or similar platforms.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Airbnb’s Host Guarantee, AirCover for Hosts, and Content Policy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills to communicate professionally with Airbnb Support and tea
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically, resolve disputes, and escalate cases effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday, or similar task management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to organize and present evidence clearly and accurately.
- Availability: Full-time availability during working hours (specific time zone to be discussed).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with Airbnb property management companies.
- Familiarity with other short-term rental platforms (e.g., Vrbo, Stripe).
- Experience in guest communication or customer service.
