Who We Are Looking for:
We are seeking an extremely organised person with an Executive Assistant/Client Support background.
You don’t have to have worked in recruitment, but experience would be highly advantageous. You may have worked in real estate, banking or a commercial environment.
Your role would include but is not limited to:
Work closely with the leadership team on projects and initiatives
Full management of our CEO’s itinerary and inbox
Providing executive-level support
Inbox management for our leadership team
Calendar management for our leadership team and coaches
Travel arrangements - flights, airport taxi and accommodation for our leadership team
Member support inbox (management and replies)
Lead generation inbox (management)
Sending member birthday cards and close monitoring of special days we can acknowledge
Community management in our LMS and WhatsApp channels
Assisting with monthly newsletter creation
Mini Projects and analysis from the direction of the leadership team
Attending member debrief meetings and other tea
Watch coaching call replays and immerse yourself into our recruitment coaching groups
Research tasks in particular the two live in-person events we host - venue, restaurants, hotels, flights for our team etc
Assist with any other event planning
This role will develop and evolve over time, where we look to give more responsibility where possible.
Requirements:
4+ years experience in Executive or Client Support
University Degree
Proficiency with AI
Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Keap, Pipedrive, Vimeo, Fireflies.ai, Zoom etc.
Experience with GoHighLevel would be advantageous
Experience with shared inbox platforms such as Front is highly preferred
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work in a fast environment
Must be curious and willing to learn
Must be able to focus on this role (no other contracts/clients)
Must be able to prioritize and work autonomously as well as within an international team
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/tasks at once
Meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to take ownership
Must be able to attend at least 1 coaching call per week with our members (camera on)
Must have experience managing busy
Some experience with customer support/chat would be preferred
Must have excellent internet speed, and access to two machines (laptop/computer)
Benefits:
$7 USD/400PHP per hour, approximately $1,120 USD per month/64,000 PHP
This is a full-time role (but you will receive 28 paid holiday days per year, plus an extra day for each year of service)
40 working hours per week Monday-Friday. We have some flexibility but prefer times between 9.30am - 5.30pm UK
Fully remote working (in the future, there may be a chance to attend live workshops/events in the UK, Europe, and the USA).
