JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Executive Virtual Assistant to support the owner in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and enhancing the productivity of the business. This role is essential for ensuring that strategic initiatives are prioritized while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Newsletter Management: Draft, schedule, and send newsletters to engage with the audience.
- Website Updates: Ensure website content is current and aligned with business goals.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and analyze posts for the business.
- Customer Management (future task): Respond to inquiries and manage customer feedback.
- Admin Support (future task): Assist with tasks related to the eco-friendly accommodation business, including updating listings on platforms such as Expedia and managing the channel manager.

Key Qualities:
- Strong Administrative Skills: Experience working with C-level executives, capable of significantly enhancing organizational productivity.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to oversee company operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Time-Sensitive Communication: Effectively manage information and communicate updates promptly.
- Full-Time Commitment: Available for a full-time schedule (8 hours) to keep pace with a fast-moving environment and ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Bonus Qualities:
- Experience in social media management and marketing.
- Technical skills in website building and maintenance.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative and marketing tasks, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
