Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our CEO. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring the CEO's time is optimized for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Plan and organize the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient time management.
Inbox Management: Process, prioritize, and respond to emails; maintain a clean inbox.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and follow up on key action items.
Travel Planning: Arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Project Tracking: Stay informed on business projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear.
Event Planning: Coordinate and oversee personal and professional events.
Task Prioritization: Filter and prioritize requests, safeguarding the CEO's time.
Administrative Support: Handle personal appointments, purchasing, and liaising with vendors.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address issues before they arise, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience as an executive or virtual assistant.
Expertise in calendar management, email organization, and travel planning.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in office productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management software).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Hours: Flexible, with availability to adjust based on the CEO's schedule (EST US Timeframe).

Compensation: $5/hr at 20-40 Hours Per Week Depending on CEO Needs. Starting minimum at 20 hours per week.
