JOB OVERVIEW

Blount Beginnings Inc. is seeking a professional, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our growing organization's operations, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and have experience supporting nonprofit organizations.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support:

Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.

Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and organize meetings.

Prepare reports, documentation, policies, and procedures as assigned.


- Communication and Call Management:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally during working hours.

Provide accurate information, manage queries, and route calls appropriately.

Communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and donors.


- Social Media and Marketing:

Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Create digital brochures, newsletters, and marketing materials using platforms like Canva and Wix.

Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner.

- Fundraising and Donor Relations:

Assist with developing and managing fundraising initiatives.

Maintain donor databases, ensuring accurate and current information.

Coordinate outreach and follow-up communications with existing and prospective donors, including businesses, churches, and community organizations.


- Event Coordination:

Support event planning and management for fundraisers, community meetings, and networking events.

Manage RSVPs, participant communication, and logistical coordination effectively.


- Data Management:

Maintain accurate records and provide timely data tracking and reporting on participants, volunteers, donors, and partnerships.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in managing sensitive information.


- Partnership Coordination:

Maintain active communication with partner organizations such as Goodwill, Augusta Tech, First Citizens Bank, SRP Federal Credit Union, and the Salvation Army.

Facilitate scheduling meetings and manage follow-up activities to ensure partnership effectiveness.


- Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative support role.

Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience using digital tools including Wix, Canva, and social media platforms.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.


- Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, or event management.

Familiarity with donor management systems.

- Compensation:

Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
