JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to provide critical support for productivity and administrative tasks. This role focuses on managing client relationships, facilitating early-stage customer interactions mostly on LinkedIn, and maintaining CRM using Salesforce to ensure smooth operations for our sales team.


PH Daytime hours, with some flexibility to start an hour earlier once or twice a week, depending on needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Call and Meeting Support
- Translate meeting notes into actionable insights and update Salesforce accordingly.

2. CRM and Client Management
- Manage and update client records in Salesforce with accurate and timely information.
- Track the progression of client relationships and document key milestones.

3. Customer Interaction
- Handle early-stage (“top of funnel”) customer communications via email and LinkedIn.
- Professionally respond to inquiries and nurture leads effectively, aligning with company tone and values.

4. Technical Tools Management
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, Zoom, SharePoint, Slack, and OneNote to perform daily tasks.
- Stay organized and leverage technology to support sales and operational goals.

5. Content Familiarization
- Review and utilize a library of written content and recorded calls to understand company processes, terminology, and client interaction strategies.

6. Written Communication
- Compose and draft polished emails, LinkedIn responses, and other written materials with a high level of English proficiency.
- Match the client and company’s tone and voice in all communications.

7. Flexibility and Collaboration
- Work asynchronously while maintaining regular touchpoints for live feedback and alignment.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoom, SharePoint, Slack, and OneNote.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
-Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
