Tairi is looking for a brilliant, dynamic Executive / Social Media Assistant to join our growing team. We’re a company that helps businesses with tech strategy, software development services and executive coaching to tech leaders. As a key member of our remote team, you will help manage client relationships, streamline operations, and create engaging social media content to amplify Tairi’s brand. If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and are excited about working directly with a seasoned tech executive, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do?
Your role will revolve around supporting Mark and the team by taking charge of key areas like client support, social media management, and business operations.
Social Media Management:
• Instagram: Prepare engaging scripts, edit videos, and schedule posts that align with Tairi’s messaging.
• LinkedIn: Create, schedule, and curate posts that resonate with Mark’s audience, sharing industry insights and thought leadership.
• Write and prepare a monthly newsletter to keep clients and prospects updated with the latest news and insights.
Client Support & Presentations:
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare polished, professional, and on-brand client proposals and presentations.
Podcast & Thought Leadership Support:
• Research and book podcast engagements that align with Mark’s expertise and thought leadership.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and track podcast opportunities to maximize exposure.
SOP & Process Optimization:
• Develop and maintain efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repeatable tasks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
