Company Overview:
Core Strategy Partners is a mission-driven consulting firm leveraging human-centered design and evidence-based strategies to help organizations create meaningful, sustainable impacts. We partner closely with our clients to deliver innovative, strategic solutions tailored to their unique challenges.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Operations Coordinator to serve as the right hand to our CEO. If you’re experienced in managing executive calendars, coordinating operations, and keeping things moving behind the scenes—this is your opportunity to step into a key role in a mission-driven U.S. firm.
You’ll be trusted to manage day-to-day operations, internal communications, HR support, and event logistics—freeing up the CEO to focus on strategy, growth, and impact. This is not a junior virtual assistant role; it’s for someone who wants to lead internal operations and make a difference.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You “Get It, Want It, and Have the Capacity to Do It” (GWC™)
Get It: You understand how seamless internal operations and executive support free up leaders to be strategic and effective. You know what it means to run a tight ship behind the scenes.
Want It: You’re energized by organizing chaos into clarity. You love proactive planning, smooth execution, and making things easier for the people you support.
Capacity to Do It: You have the time, tools, and know-how to manage systems, coordinate teams, support the CEO, and keep multiple projects moving forward.
What You'll Do:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and daily priorities
• Coordinate internal projects, SOPs, workflows, and timelines
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups
• Handle internal communication with consultants and contractors
• Support hiring: job posts, screening, interview coordination
• Manage onboarding/offboarding checklists and documentation
• Oversee logistics for company-sponsored events
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years supporting U.S.-based executives or senior teams
• Excellent English (written & verbal)
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Basecamp, Zoom, ChatGPT, etc.
• Able to work at least 4 hours/day during U.S. Eastern business hours
• Strong internet + backup connection & quiet workspace
How to Apply:
Please send your resume and include answers to the following:
1. Tell us about your experience supporting U.S. executives. What were your responsibilities?
2. Share an example of how you helped improve an internal process or workflow.
3. How do you manage competing priorities for a busy executive?
4. What are your regular working hours in Philippine time (and how do they overlap with U.S. Eastern time)?
5. What project management or productivity tools do you use?
6. Why are you interested in this role?
Only complete applications will be reviewed.
