Executive Assistant with Social Media Expertise and Organizational Skills

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, understands the power of social media trends, and can help develop efficient workflows to streamline content creation and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Personal Assistance
- Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders.
- Help organize and streamline day-to-day personal and business tasks.

2) Social Media Marketing Support:
- Research and identify trending topics in the luxury watch world and social media.
- Collaborate on brainstorming and planning viral video ideas for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Review and provide feedback on scripts written by the content writer.
- Assist in documenting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline content creation and marketing workflows.
- Stay informed about algorithm changes and social media best practices to optimize content performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A proactive approach to creating systems and processes that enhance productivity.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on multitasking and time management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement.
- Attention to detail in both task execution and content editing.
- Interest or passion for the luxury industry, especially luxury watches, is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace or task management software.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or graphic design (a bonus, not required).
- Familiarity with creating or implementing SOPs in a business context.
