What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant who is experienced in administrative and property management tasks while also being efficient in social media management and design work. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Office, and property management software.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary ($5-$8 per hour, based on experience)

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and handle communications.
Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reports.
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information professionally.
Property & Operations Management
Assist in overseeing property listings, guest relations, and maintenance requests.
Assist inCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely task completion.
Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed.
Social Media & Design Work
Manage social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content.
Assist with branding efforts through graphic design tasks and marketing materials.
Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
Expectations & Deliverables:
Weekly check-ins with the operations team.
Record and track property & inventory issues using Notion with applicable details and photos.
Provide updates on maintenance requests and operational improvements.
Ensure timely execution of administrative and social media tasks.
