Now Hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Remote)
Start: Part-time with potential to transition to full-time

A fast-growing, 250-person landscaping company is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO with day-to-day administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings structure and efficiency to an executive’s workflow.

???? Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox and ensure timely responses and follow-ups
Handle calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
Book travel, accommodations, and reservations, including expense tracking
Answer and triage inbound calls as needed
Support light HR or operational tasks, such as document prep, internal follow-ups, or onboarding coordination
Ensure the CEO’s time is optimized by anticipating needs and removing administrative bottlenecks
Utilize a company credit card responsibly for approved business expenses (within set guidelines)

? Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and manage new tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Previous experience supporting executives or leadership in operations, HR, or logistics is a plus

???? Position Details
Initial Commitment: 20 hours/week (part-time)

Goal: Transition to 40 hours/week (full-time) based on performance and alignment
Remote Position: Work from anywhere, but must be available during key working hours
Company Credit Card Access: Provided for business-related expenses such as travel booking
