Client Overview:
*Forrest is a consultant. He is looking for a unicorn who can help him with administrative tasks so he can work on his zone of genius! You will get to take a webinar course and become a webinar administrative assistant as part of this job! This will look great on your resume.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block from 9am-4pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must have experience using a CRM such as Active Campaign or something similar
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Must be super organized with high attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be a proactive and independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills
*Must be confident to share if something isn't working or if they have other suggestions

Software tools used by the client:
*Google Suite
*WebinarGeek
*LinkedIn
*Active Campaign

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Complete the training provided by Forrest
*Coordinate monthly webinars (set up invitations, manage email and LinkedIn outreach, handle attendee questions and follow-ups, etc.)
*Manage prospect lists
*Download, edit (as needed), and distribute webinar recordings
*Schedule discovery calls and follow-up meetings
*Prepare meeting documents and ensure all relevant information is accurately updated in ActiveCampaign
*Handle tasks after every call (sending files and other materials/resources).
*Update Active Campaign
*Create a discovery document on Google Drive for each call
*Create and set up LinkedIn events
*Manage 3rd party resources (e.g. Identifying and vetting potential freelancers or specialists on platforms like Fiverr for specific tasks)

Secondary Tasks:
*Research and book flights and hotels for speaking engagements, coordinate travel logistics
*Schedule emails in Active Campaign
*Manage Forrest’s LinkedIn
