We are an online coaching company that serves real estate agents.
We help them scale their business with systems, hiring, and mindset.

THE JOB - (Must be able to work within Canadian Time Zones)

This job is someone to assist the operations manager and eventually, take over all online and live event management. We run masterclasses online monthly and a full Intensive event quarterly. We are also speaking across the country in 8 cities live in person called "Sales to Scale" that needs management and admin help.

Monthly Online Training (Masterclasses) & Quarterly Online Intensive Events

-- Update Website with new graphics
-- Set up email sequences
-- Communicate with attendees and partners
-- Create reports on sign-ups
-- Work with speakers
-- Create PDF handouts
-- Run the Zoom Call
-- Send the Zoom recording with details on key edits needed
-- Email potential speakers
-- Create workbook

Live Events - Sales to Scale - (8 Cities per year)

Assist the operation manager with
-- speaker, guests, team communication,
-- sign design,
-- social media creation
-- Attend marketing meetings
-- Venue needs
-- Sponsors set up and contracts
-- Organization and management of all deadlines and tasks

Social Media Graphics Creation for Events

-- Countdowns
-- Price Increases
-- Featured Speakers
-- Past Strategy Drops
-- Testimonies
-- Quotes



Skills Needed

-- Know how to use the CRM "Go High Level"
-- Must have experience with running a zooUpgrade to see actual infoeting
-- Executive assistant experience
-- Have graphic design skills
-- Work well on a team
-- Pride themselves on being a good communicator
-- Have incredible organizational skills
-- Be able to adapt to changes quickly
-- Have a self-motivated personality
-- Be very good at multitasking
-- Be fluent in English
-- Have an understanding of North American Culture
-- Loves building relationships
-- When needed, will go the extra mile and the mile after that


We need someone for 4-5 hours a day to start but are willing to go full-time if you are a great fit with the company.
