Looking for a highly organized, long term, reliable, and detail-oriented ambitious tea
REQUIREMENTS :
Must have consistent internet, your own reliable computer and be available at least 4 PST working hours
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
• Managing
• Handling
• Updating and maintaining CRM records
• Creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
• Managing and creating content for automated sales drip campaigns and automating follow-up
• Handling accounts payable and Quickbooks
• Creating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinating with other VAs and helping manage task flow- Tea
Our brokerage has a plethora of tools, you will be required to learn these in-house tools and utilize and train the team on them.
Top 3 Skills You Must Have:
1. Excellent written and spoken English – you’ll represent my voice
2. Strong organizational and systems management skills/ able to grasp new concepts quickly
3. Customer Service and working with clients on the phone and
Preferred Tools & Experience:
• Asana or task/project management tools
• CRM management
• Canva, Word, PowerPoint, in house systems
• Real estate, small business, experience a plus
