Client Overview:
*Nina is a successful certified coach and consultant and she is looking for a unicorn who can help her with administrative and social media tasks so she can focus on her zone of genius!

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 10am-2pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
*Must have experience with social media management
*Must have experience as an administrative/executive assistant or any similar role
*Must have excellent organization and time management skills
*Must have EXCELLENT spoken and written communication skills
*Must have super high attention to detail
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be female

Software tools used by the client (Client will also train you on tools you’re unfamiliar with):
*Microsoft Office Suite
*MS PowerPoint
*Canva
*Outlook (for work)
*Gmail (for business and personal)
*Paperbell - Client Management Software (you will be trained to use this)

Responsibilities/Tasks

Administrative Support:
*Optimize Paperbell site with all the updates
*Autosend emails and forms on Paperbell to new clients
*Keep track of and pay manual bills
*Manage license renewals (attorney license, car registration, etc.)
*Help put together materials and schedule meetings for an organization Nina is putting together
*Help figure out better spam blockers for emails
*Track maintenance requirements for Nina's coaching credentials
*Assist with travel arrangements or help Nina find an excellent travel agent
*Order branded items and create them in Canva
*Help Nina keep track of everything related to her taxes
*Help figure out how to add different Gmail addresses under Nina's company domain
*Help leverage Notion to create systems and share information
*Figure out how to install Google Chrome on Nina's MacBook and enable virtual backgrounds on Google Meet calls

Social Media, Content, and Marketing:
*Post across social media platforms
*Execute tactics based on marketing strategy
*Take Nina's thought leadership and original content and create social media posts from them
*Help Nina set up a simple podcast platform
*Research the best option around different podcast platforms
*Research speaking opportunities
*Help Nina create standard materials for workshops and webinars
*Create MS PowerPoint master templates based on the brand
*Help create the brand book
*Gather speaker and reel clips for materials

For Later:
*Manage Nina's schedule and calendar
