Client Overview:
*Grace is an executive coach and a consummate professional. She is looking for a unicorn who can help her with administrative tasks so she can work on her zone of genius!

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 2-hour block from 11am-5pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must be able to work 10 hours weekly, and if everything goes well, your hours will increase to 20 and more!
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must have social media management and content creation experience
*Light video editing skills is a plus!
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Must be super organized with high attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills
*Must have utmost professionalism, be willing to have open communication, and be confident to share if something isn't working or if they have other suggestions
*Preferably female

Software tools used by the client:
*Google Suite
*Microsoft Suite
*DocuSign
*InvoiceHome.com
*Fathom
*Zoom
*Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Prepare and update engagement agreements using DocuSign, ensure each document reflects current dates and details
*Use Fathom to review transcripts of coaching sessions and organize session notes into client-specific folders in Google Drive and Docs
*Create branded worksheets for clients and manage their files on the back end to provide a high-end customer experience
*Create client survey products that will be offered to future cohorts of clients
*Manage Grace's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate and organize dates for coaching sessions
*Use InvoiceHome.com (it's quite easy to use, would be amazing to have someone with light bookkeeping experience, but it’s not required)
*Use AI tools to analyze session notes and identify recurring themes and insights that can guide future coaching sessions
*Research and implement automation tools
*Create PowerPoint/Google Slide presentations
*Create social media content from Grace's articles, coaching sessions, and calls (Grace enjoys editing the content as needed once it’s made)
*Update the company website and post content on a regular basis
*Create a company "Playbook" to document best practices as Grace’s company continues to grow
*Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes
*Brainstorm with Grace and suggest ideas for operational improvements
