Client Overview:
*Ali is an amazing financial advisor and impact advocate. She is looking for a unicorn who cares so much about impact and can help her with administrative tasks so she can work in her zone of genius!

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 7am-3pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must be able to work 40 hours weekly, and if everything goes well, your hours will increase!
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must be an EXCELLENT writer
*Must have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
*Must have an eye for design and can design graphics, templates, etc.
*Must have basic video editing skills
*Must be super organized with high attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be an independent thinker and proactive
*Must be creative
*Must care about impact and doing good in the world

Software tools used by the client:
*Google Suite
*Canva
*Monday.com
*Flodesk
*Squarespace

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Scheduling
*Handle event logistics for monthly breakfast salon (finding caterers, etc.)
*Moving new collaterals over to new templates
*Create graphics in Canva
*Create newsletters and templates in Flodesk
*Edit video content from interviews
*Manage and create content for social media
*Update content in Squarespace
*Update Ali's Monday.com board
*Edit and proofread pieces for Ali
*Pull sentences and ideas from articles and create social media posts from them
*Pull out reels from long-form content
*Run materials by COO on Ali’s behalf for compliance approval
*Create Google Slides
