LQ Financial Group is a Financial Services and Business Development Company and is seeking an **Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper** to join our team!

We're looking for a self-driven, disciplined professional to assist our CEO and manage key administrative, bookkeeping, tax preparation data entry, and lead generation tasks. This salaried position requires 20-25 hours per week.

We are looking for a strong disciplined self-starter, proactive, thorough, candidate with the following skills:

**Breakdown of Work:**
1. 60% Executive Assistant (Administrative) – Supporting the CEO with tasks such as creating documents, completing applications, managing email correspondence, writing reports in an American tone, taking continuing education tests, leveraging tools like ChatGPT and Excel, researching potential leads, organizing prospect lists, sending follow-ups, and maintaining a lead database to assist the CEO in growing business opportunities.

2. 40% Tax Preparation (Data Entry) and Bookkeeping – Entering clients' information into tax preparation software, ensuring accuracy, organizing financial documents, performing data entry, reconciling accounts, managing QuickBooks Online, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities include:**

**ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**
1. Managing the CEO’s schedule, setting up Zoom meetings, and organizing calendars.
2. Attending meetings with the CEO and taking detailed notes.
3. Completing continuing education training and professional tasks with the CEO.
4. Writing professional documents, email correspondence, and reports in an American tone.
5. Completing applications and leveraging tools like ChatGPT and Excel to improve efficiency.
6. Conducting research to identify potential business leads and organizing prospect lists.
7. Sending follow-ups and maintaining a lead database.

**BOOKKEEPING AND TAX PREPARATION (DATA ENTRY)**
1. Managing QuickBooks Online, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.
2. Entering client information into tax preparation software accurately.
3. Reviewing data entries for accuracy and ensuring documents are well-organized.
4. Familiarity with Tax Slayer or similar tax preparation software is a bonus.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
1. **4+ years of Executive Assistant experience required.**
2. **4+ years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience required.**
3. Must have experience with QuickBooks Online (Pro Advisor certification is a plus).
4. Writing professional documents with a clear, American tone is required.
5. Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or maintaining CRM systems is a plus.
6. Must have a pleasant demeanor and be highly organized with a can-do attitude.
7. Must be OK with working U.S. Central Time shifts starting at 9:00 AM.
