JOB OVERVIEW

We are a professional trade organization that hosts monthly events and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Virtual) to support our team. This role will oversee our marketing calendar, automation workflows, email campaigns, and full event lifecycle from planning to post-event follow-ups. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Automation: Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, automations, and events are executed on time.


Email
& CRM Management: Oversee and coordinate email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM management via GoHighLevel (GHL).

Event Management: Take ownership of all events, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-ups. Ensure seamless coordination and communication with attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.

Social Media Coordination: Work closely with the Social Media VA to ensure event promotions, updates, and other relevant content are aligned and published across all platforms.

Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, track tasks, and provide regular updates on event and marketing performance.
Professional Responsiveness: Must be able to respond to emails and requests within 24 hours or less to maintain efficiency and smooth operations.
