Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: Starting at $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

We are a growing healthcare service provider, seeking a highly motivated and creative Executive Assistant (Social Media Marketing) to support the CEO in managing and executing marketing initiatives. This hybrid role blends executive support with social media and marketing coordination, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in communication, content creation, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Marketing Support
- Provide direct assistance to the CEO in managing schedules, communications, and project coordination.
- Assist with email and text management, prioritizing, sorting, and responding on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Schedule posts, engage with audiences, and monitor performance analytics.
- Create visual content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing use.
- Update website content and blogs to ensure alignment with current campaigns.

Campaigns, Ads & Communication
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and paid advertisements.
- Collaborate with external partners on SEO, paid ads, and Google My Business strategy.
- Track campaign metrics and compile performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate outreach and marketing events, both online and community-based.

Administrative Coordination
- Maintain and organize marketing files and assets using OneDrive/SharePoint.
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor communications.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist in managing project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or executive assistant role (or combined).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy.
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRMs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Basic Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Relevant professional experience in marketing and/or executive assistance.
- Willingness to provide NBI or Local Police Clearance if requested.
- Must be available for video calls with the camera on.
- Exclusive availability during scheduled work hours.
