I’m currently launching a department and need help to set up our systems, from the CRM to lead generation ( no call calling ) mainly pulling potential motivated seller list, set up a dialer, texting,
Responsibilities:
Real estate admin: Investment properties lead generation ( to help me maintain and manage the pipeline ) NO call calling needed only to set up appointments and have basic conversations with potential sellers
Softwares ( Batch leads, Mojo, Prompstream,
Ability to summit offers for property 1-4 family contract
Ability to conduct CMAs
Ability to plan, coordinate and schedule contractors and collect bids to present for cost
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms to promote both real estate and business services, engage with followers, and monitor analytics for performance insights
Routine and SOP Development: implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ongoing tasks.
Expense Management: Assist with tracking and verifying monthly expenses in QuickBooks, maintaining accurate financial records.
Research given topics: being resourceful with any task given ( google, youtube, online)
