JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: In this hybrid role, you will manage a variety of tasks essential to business operations and executive assistant task. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include generating leads from motivated sellers, updating our CRM, setting up appointments for potential prospects, organizing and planning day to day operations, posting on social media, responding to emails, helping with admin tasks and reports. This position is designed for someone who can handle change, isn’t unafraid of new projects, can handle multi-tasking with ease and remains organized.
I’m currently launching a department and need help to set up our systems, from the CRM to lead generation ( no call calling ) mainly pulling potential motivated seller list, set up a dialer, texting, emailing and setting up appointments. I also need help with personal task such as planning, random tasks and organization. I’m a busy entrepreneur with a different business and need help with the day to day task. I’m looking for someone who's an efficient, fast learner, speaks and writes good English. This is a long term position,not only a real estate admin but executive assistant role. Responsibilities:
Real estate admin: Investment properties lead generation ( to help me maintain and manage the pipeline ) NO call calling needed only to set up appointments and have basic conversations with potential sellers
Softwares ( Batch leads, Mojo, Prompstream, Monday.com, Trello, zillow, redfin )
Ability to summit offers for property 1-4 family contract
Ability to conduct CMAs
Ability to plan, coordinate and schedule contractors and collect bids to present for cost
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms to promote both real estate and business services, engage with followers, and monitor analytics for performance insights
Routine and SOP Development: implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ongoing tasks.
Expense Management: Assist with tracking and verifying monthly expenses in QuickBooks, maintaining accurate financial records.
Research given topics: being resourceful with any task given ( google, youtube, online)
