We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant with experience in Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create and manage posts such as "just listed," "just sold," and one-pager content
- Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms
Lead Management:
- Cold call leads
- Follow up and nurture potential client relationships
Content Creation:
- Write blog posts using ChatGPT
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media
Data Management:
- Experience pulling reports from Placer.ai and CoStar is preferred, but not required
- Clean and organize the database for optimal use
Administrative Support:
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Ensure smooth daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Executive Assistant, preferably in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management, lead nurturing, and content creation
- Experience with Placer.ai, CoStar, and database management is a plus
