Workergenix is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to support client operations across deal flow, stakeholder communication, and system organization. This role requires professionalism, strong written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
???? Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first-line point of contact via
- Manage and track deal-related tasks and communications.
- Organize and maintain records within CRM and project management tools.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Use video recording tools to help create internal SOPs and workflows.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with professionalism in all interactions.
???? Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in executive support, operations, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent written English and
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organization.
Able to work full-time (40 hours/week), aligned with North American time zones.
Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with a remote team.
Familiarity with tools such as:
- HubSpot (CRM)
