JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
This role is pivotal in managing administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operational workflows, and providing high-level strategic and creative assistance. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for email management, scheduling, document preparation, and stakeholder relations, as well as supporting the CEO with marketing, compliance, and project management activities. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. They will also contribute to the smooth running of daily operations while anticipating the CEO’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
-Administrative Support
-Manage and prioritise the CEO’s email inbox, calendar, and task list.
-Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and events.
-Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
-Handle travel arrangements and filing systems.

Qualifications and Skills
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
-Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and project management tools.
-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
-Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
-Experience in managing social media accounts and content creation.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
-Tech savvy with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
-Experience in event planning and coordinating workshops or training sessions.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
-Willingness to support occasional personal tasks and errands for the CEO.
