- Process payments and issue invoices.

Administrative Tasks
- Perform data entry and document organization.
- Maintain comprehensive rental records.
Scheduling
- Coordinate customer appointments and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Social Media Management
- Assist with social media content creation.
- Manage online listings and respond to customer reviews.
Customer Communication**

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant (preferred).
