Position: Remote Executive Assistant
This is a remote position requiring availability during business hours (Eastern Time) to support our management team and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Email
Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts and other content for marketing purposes. using and posting to our social paltform
Supplier Coordination: Call suppliers in the United States to check on order statuses and resolve any issues.
Bookkeeping Support: Maintain and organize our bookkeeping system.
Calendar Management: Organize and manage schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and deadlines.
Meeting Participation: Join meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Project Organization: Assist in keeping projects on track through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Platform Familiarity: Quickly learn and effectively use our project management platform.
Requirements:
Excellent English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Availability: Must be available during Eastern Time business hours.
Geographical Awareness: Familiarity with Connecticut and the broader Northeast United States is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with remote work tools and willing to learn new systems.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
