Communication and Follow-Up:
Respond to voice notes and calls promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Research and Sourcing:
Conduct basic research to gather relevant information as needed.
Source suppliers and products through online searches and provide well-organized findings.
Customer and Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls related to the lawn installation business, addressing inquiries or redirecting them appropriately.
Manage the owner’s calendar, scheduling and updating appointments as necessary.
Send reminders for upcoming appointments and commitments.
Must-Have Skills:
Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
What systems and software would you like the VA to be familiar with?
Microsoft suite, including Excel, MS Teams, OneDrive, and Google Calendar. We will also provide training for our practice management software, Cliniko.
