JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to help manage and streamline my day-to-day activities. This role requires someone with proven experience in administrative support, calendar management, and project execution, along with a creative edge in graphic design for marketing and social media.

The ideal candidate will handle daily and weekly tasks, manage one-off projects, and assist in turning ideas into actionable plans. This position is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of wearing multiple hats to support both operational and creative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
- Manage my calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and avoiding conflicts.
- Provide meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with email management, task prioritization, and general administrative tasks.
- Help execute and track progress on ideas, ensuring they turn into actionable outcomes.

Project and Task Management:
- Support with organizing, planning, and managing one-off projects as needed.
- Research and compile information for decision-making and project support.

Graphic Design and Marketing Support:
- Design graphics for marketing campaigns, social media posts, presentations, and other materials.
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate on creative projects to enhance branding and outreach efforts.

What I’m Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong skills in calendar management, task prioritization, and meeting coordination.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and creating marketing materials.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting an entrepreneur or business owner.
- Experience working on creative projects or marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
