We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional administrative and marketing support.
The Position: Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, marketing initiatives, and organizational tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative duties and marketing-related tasks.
Work Hours: This is a remote position with set working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST (1-hour lunch break).
Key Responsibilities: Personal/Administrative Assistance:
Monitor and organize
Manage and update contact lists and client databases.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, while maintaining an organized calendar.
Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents.
Conduct research on various topics, such as vendors, tools, or competitors.
Assist with task follow-ups, reminders, and general organizational needs.
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Marketing Support:
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms. Engage with audiences and track performance metrics to refine strategies.
Email
Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing content for social media, blogs, and
Lead Generation: Support efforts to gather, track, and manage leads through digital platforms and CRM systems.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage online tools to streamline client appointment bookings and reminders.
Project Coordination: Support ongoing business projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Experience with CRM tools and
Solid understanding of social media platforms,
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently solve problems.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and growth.
