Join the MVMT Team at EXP Realty, one of New York City’s top-performing real estate teams, as our Executive Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Landlord Reports: Prepare and distribute comprehensive weekly reports with comparable apartment data, providing insights to the team and landlords.
Real Estate Hotsheet Management: Maintain and update the hotsheet weekly, ensuring junior agents review it regularly.
Team Meetings: Coordinate and organize team meetings, ensuring active participation and engagement.
Schedule Management: Oversee team schedules, ensuring all areas are covered and making necessary adjustments.
Reports: Assist with agent and virtual assistant reports, delivering valuable data and analysis.
Financial Records: Manage financial records, including generating P&L reports and maintaining QuickBooks accuracy.
Virtual Assistant Oversight: Manage hours, tasks, and payments for virtual assistants.
Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our 21st Street office, maintaining organization and efficiency.
Pre-Hiring Support: Conduct pre-hiring interviews and assist in shortlisting candidates.
Airbnb Management: Oversee and manage Airbnb listings to ensure optimal occupancy and positive guest experiences. Assist with check-ins as needed.

Email
and Calendar Management: Handle email correspondence, prioritize important messages, and manage schedules.
Team Support: Serve as a resource for team members, providing daily assistance and answering questions.
Newsletters: Create and distribute monthly newsletters for clients and agents, covering team updates and market trends.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, ensuring engaging and consistent content that aligns with our brand.

REQUIREMENTS:
Stable internet connection (50+ Mbps preferred).
Noise-canceling headset for effective communication.
Ability to work EST hours.
Comfortable using Zoom for screen sharing and video calls.
