We are seeking a self-starter to provide support to a global sustainable nonprofit organization. This role entails approximately 30 hours per week, assisting with various administrative and project tasks. You will be directly reporting to Rainforest Connection’s Founder/Board Member.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH: You’re confident on video calls and can express yourself clearly.
- TECH-SAVVY: You’re experienced with tools like Canva, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Excel and Powerpoint.
- PROACTIVE: You take initiative, think critically, and get things done without needing constant direction.
- CREATIVE: You can bring fresh ideas and make visuals or presentations stand out.
- DETAIL-ORIENTED: You’re organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- STRONG WILLED: You are determined to finish all tasks assigned and you are not easily swayed by emotions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and prioritize tasks.
- Manage calendar, meetings, and
- Proactively communicate with teams to keep projects on track.
- Create Powerpoint presentations.
- Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
