About the job:

(WADIC) Web Applications and Data Integration Company is looking for a dedicated and talented Executive Assistant to work at our Denver office.

As an Executive Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, answering our live-chat systems, helping qualify leads, and making meeting arrangements. For this role, strong communication is a must. Familiarity with tools like Skype, Slack, Whatsapp, Zoom, etc.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Invoicing
Qualifying Sales Leads

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant role (3 years +)
Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) Gsuite Applications.
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) Zoom. Google Meet. etc.
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of CRM platforms.
Solid organizational skills
Must-Have billing experience
College Level or College Graduate
Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Experience in working in a Software Development Company or IT solutions is a Plus.
