Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support and manage multiple teams in a fast-paced business environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales, telemarketing, and management skills, who is capable of overseeing a diverse set of teams while handling administrative and executive responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, be fluent in American English (spoken and written), and possess a strong ability to communicate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Telemarketing:
Drive and manage sales operations, including cold-calling, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
Implement and optimize telemarketing campaigns.
Assist in setting sales goals and ensuring targets are met.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and prospects.
Team Management:
Oversee and manage the Software Development Team, Sales Team, Marketing Team, Telemarketing Team, and Social Media Team.
Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely project completion across teams.
Conduct regular tea
Help build team culture, encourage collaboration, and resolve any conflicts or issues.
Administrative & Executive Support:
Handle executive-level administrative tasks such as calendar management,
Maintain organization of meetings, appointments, and other essential business operations.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments.
Monitor and manage key business metrics and KPIs.
Marketing & Social Media:
Oversee social media campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and audience growth.
Assist in content planning and communication strategies for online presence.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, and administrative management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in American English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage competing priorities.
High proficiency in using productivity tools and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.).
Ability to train and mentor other virtual assistants.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience working in a remote environment and managing distributed teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
