As Clayton’s Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in making this vision a reality by supporting his day-to-day operations and ensuring he remains focused on what he does best—connecting with clients and making an impact. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Assistant who is exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a high level of adaptability, and a strong sense of accountability. You will be responsible for keeping Clayton’s schedule organized, overseeing daily operations, supporting communication with clients, managing social media, and more. The ideal candidate will be skilled in anticipating needs, troubleshooting issues before they arise, and managing communications with a tone that aligns with the Agape Team’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Email
and Calendar Management: Organize Clayton’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions, and manage his calendar with a keen eye for detail.

Social Media and Content Creation: Draft, edit, and manage social media posts, email newsletters, and blog content that conveys the mission and voice of the Agape Team.

Team Oversight: Oversee and coordinate with other team members to ensure tasks are completed, and deadlines are met.

Client Communication: Act as a representative of the Agape Team in written and verbal communication, managing inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

Project and Task Management: Track tasks, projects, and follow-ups to ensure no detail is missed, keeping Clayton focused and organized.

Financial Management: Manage and track expenses, invoices, and other financial tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Problem Solving: Address unforeseen challenges independently, with a “figure it out” mentality, and bring solutions, not problems, to Clayton.

Proactive Planning: Anticipate and resolve issues before they arise by planning ahead, preparing for contingencies, and staying one step ahead.

Key Skills and Qualities:

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects with accuracy and attention to detail.

Clear and Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and the team.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with email and calendar software, social media platforms, content management tools, and able to learn new technologies quickly.

Proactive Mindset: Ability to foresee potential problems, anticipate needs, and act independently to prevent issues before they arise.

Content Creation: Skilled in drafting and editing professional, engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.

Solution-Oriented Attitude: A “figure it out” mentality with a genuine fear of letting things slip through the cracks.

Professionalism and Discretion: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
