About Us
We own several companies, all within the real estate world—either investing in real estate ourselves or helping other real estate investors and agents achieve financial independence through the services we offer.
The company you will be working for is GrumpyHare, a hosting platform for Real Estate Investors and Agents.
We’ve recently launched a Done-For-You (DFY) service, and we’re looking for a highly organized and capable assistant admin to work closely with our DFY Manager and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview
As the Executive Assistant Admin, you’ll serve as the right-hand support for our DFY Project Manager. From managing schedules to coordinating tasks and ensuring quality standards, you’ll play a critical role in driving the success of our DFY team and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Email
s: Manage incoming and outgoing communication with professionalism and accuracy.
Scheduling: Organize and maintain the DFY Manager’s calendar, ensuring deadlines and meetings are prioritized effectively.
Note-Taking: Take detailed notes during meetings and provide concise summaries for actionable follow-ups.
Task Coordination: Assist with task assignment, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on track.
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries when needed and maintain professional correspondence.
File Management: Keep all documents and files meticulously organized and easily accessible.
Tool Management: Use tools like Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, and Gmail to support project workflows.
Quality Assurance: Review deliverables and verify they meet established standards before being sent to clients.
Problem Solving: Proactively address issues and assist in resolving challenges to keep projects running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4+ years in an administrative, project assistant, or operations role. Experience in real estate or SEO services is a bonus.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent time management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Monday.com, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Gmail.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and proactive demeanor.
Soft Skills: Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Team Player: A positive and supportive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to team success.

Position Details
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST (1-hour unpaid lunch).

Future Benefits
5 days of paid sick leave after 3 months.
5 days of paid vacation after 6 months.
