We're looking to add four talented Virtual Assistants to our growing team!

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Qualifications:
a. Proficiency in Excel: You'll need to be an Excel expert, comfortable with data manipulation and analysis.
b. Strong English Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
c. Problem-Solving Mindset: We're looking for proactive individuals who can identify and solve issues independently.
d. Attention to Detail: You must be meticulous and thorough in your work.
Job Responsibilities:
a. Quality Control: Assisting with product inspection and quality control procedures.
b. President's Assistant: Providing administrative support to the President.
c. Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
d. Art Director Assistant: Supporting the Art Director with various administrative tasks.
Software/Tools:
Microsoft Excel and Word: You'll be using these programs extensively.
Non-Negotiables:
a.Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
b.Philippines Graveyard shift (optional)
