Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to emails, moderate comments, and direct messages daily.
- Process and track refunds, documenting reasons, and provide weekly reports.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency with different support platforms and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience issuing refunds and generating reports.
Familiarity with Shopify.
