If you have prior eXp Realty experience, expertise with Skyslope, kvCORE, and other eXp systems, and a strong background in real estate operations, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
?? Must have 2+ years of real estate experience (transaction coordination/admin preferred).
?? Prior experience with eXp Realty systems (Skyslope, kvCORE, Enterprise, Workplace).
?? Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
?? Available during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
?? Tech-savvy with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
?? Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

? Transaction Coordination:
• Manage real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Review and submit contracts/documents in Skyslope for compliance.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies.
• Track contingencies, inspection deadlines, and closing schedules.
? Administrative Support:
• Assist with CRM management using kvCORE (lead updates, follow-ups, drip campaigns).
• Organize and maintain transaction files, contracts, and client records.
