We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team with administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities
Proposals & Client Onboarding
- Draft and send proposals to clients.
- Prepare and send welcome kits.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create and schedule content for social media.
- Design and post engaging story updates.
Task & Calendar Management
- Send reminders for meetings and deadlines.
- Prepare and manage daily to-do lists.
CRM Management (HoneyBook)
- Maintain and update client records in HoneyBook.
- Ensure smooth workflow within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative support or executive assistance.
- Strong content creation and social media skills.
- Familiarity with HoneyBook or similar CRMs.
- Excellent organization and time management.
