About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who is highly skilled in GoHighLevel (GHL) and proficient in email management, content repurposing, and basic digital marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong grammar skills, and can support a growing online business with various operational and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel (GHL) Management

Set up and manage funnels, automations, and pipelines
Create and optimize sales pages
CRM management and workflow automation

Email
Management & Communication

Manage inbox and respond professionally
Organize and categorize emails for efficiency
Create and schedule email campaigns
Content Repurposing & Basic Creation

Transform written content into engaging social media posts
Assist in light graphic design (e.g., Canva)
Post and schedule content across platforms
Ads Management (Future Role)

Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta, Google)
Willing to learn and assist in future ad campaigns (after 3+ months)

Requirements:
GHL Proficiency – strong experience with GoHighLevel (FG Funnels a plus)
Excellent Grammar & Writing Skills
Experience in Email & CRM Management
Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner
Basic Content Creation Skills (repurposing content, Canva, scheduling)
Bonus: Some knowledge of digital ads (or willingness to learn)
