Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our sales administration team. This is a day-shift position working for an Australian real estate agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate processes and demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to assist in property pricing.
-Upload and manage property listings on online platforms.
-Draft and prepare sales agreements and other legal documents.
-Prepare and manage Form 6 documentation.
-Check, update, and send sales agreements to clients.
-Coordinate the ordering of property signage.
-Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities.
-Update the agency’s website, including changing the status of property listings.
-Manage and organize
-Prepare detailed reports from open home inspections.
-Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in real estate administration is highly preferred.
-Familiarity with Australian real estate processes and documentation is a plus.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in real estate CRMs, listing platforms, and general office software.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently during the day shift.
