Moncasso, a UK-based wall art brand selling to affluent customers in the UK and US, is seeking a passionate new team member (VA) to join our team. To help deliver first-class customer service and with our daily operations running a premium brand.

Moncasso is a independent wall art business established 4 years ago. We specialize in high-quality, made to order art prints. With a strong focus on premium customer experience, we cater to high-value customers and are looking for someone equally committed to excellence.
The Role
This position starts at 10 hours per week (temporary), with the potential to increase to 20 hours per week (permanent) depending on business needs and performance. You'll work closely with our experienced VA, who has been with us for 2 years, and learn our processes thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: Respond to inquiries and provide first-class assistance.
- Order fulfilment: Ensure smooth and efficient processing of orders.
- Order Management: Liaising with customer and Supplier to ensure custom orders, replacements and deliveries are fulfilled
- Daily operations: Assist in maintaining and improving business workflows.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Basic Photoshop skills and access to Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Canva and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in customer service for premium brands.
- Familiarity with print-on-demand (POD) processes.
