We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping our leaders stay focused on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product or service questions, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Guide customers through product features, updates, and any technical issues they may face.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Provide personalized recommendations and product suggestions to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved inquiries or issues.
- Manage customer support tickets, tracking progress and resolution.
- Assist with updating FAQs and knowledge base articles to improve self-service options.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using customer support software is a PLUS
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
