Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, scheduling services, managing orders, and performing other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone,
- Address customer questions about services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Order Management:
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy of details.
- Update and maintain client information in the company database.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Arrange and schedule cleaning services based on customer needs and availability.
- Communicate with cleaning staff to confirm and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Administrative Support:
- Send reminders to customers about scheduled services.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Generate and provide service reports upon request.
- Quality Assurance:
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback on services provided.
- Proactively address issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Other Tasks as Needed:
- Support the marketing team with promotional campaigns by addressing customer inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining a record of supplies required for specific customer needs.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the operational team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Phoenix Time), Monday to Friday.
