We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to enhance our customer engagement and sales efforts. In this role, you will manage customer outreach, perform cold calling, support pre-sales activities, create social media content, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, sales/customer service experience, and proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Daily Tasks: Start by reviewing follow-ups and new leads in the CRM.
Customer Outreach: Re-engage inactive customers with calls and
Cold Calling: Call potential leads to introduce products/services and qualify their interest.
Pre-Sales Support: Gather details from interested customers and smoothly transition them to the sales team.
Social Media Support: Create Canva content and collaborate with the marketing team.
Customer Follow-Ups & Admin: Follow up on inquiries and update customer files in the CRM.
Daily Reporting: Summarize the day’s customer interactions and prepare for the next day.
Required Skills:
