Our services focus on credit repair, business funding, and financial education. We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our remote team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, send, and manage dispute letters using various methods (e.g., FTC, CFPB, consumer law, Metro 2 compliance).
• Provide clients with regular updates and respond promptly to their inquiries.
• Assist new clients with onboarding, document collection, and credit repair guidance.
• Manage client records in CRM systems like DisputeFox or similar platforms.
• Educate clients on the use of credit monitoring tools and financial improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. credit repair regulations (CROA, FCRA, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in credit repair processes, including disputes.
• Familiarity with Metro 2 compliance, consumer laws, and U.S. financial regulations.
• Proficient in using CRM tools like DisputeFox, GoHighLevel, or similar.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to work U.S. time zones

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of credit repair software and funding solutions.
• Background in financial coaching or education.
