JOB OVERVIEW

At Coyote Promotions, the Client Services Coordinator (CSC) will work closely with Account Managers to find merchandise that fits the expectations and goals of our clients, with a focus on adding value services. This includes sourcing products, helping to create product presentations, ensuring we are maximizing profitability through proper quotation, following the project through delivery, and resolving or raising the flag if issues are identified.? CSC‘s are primarily non-client-facing but given visibility to learn the cadence, brand strategy, and expectations of the service level we are known to provide.

Responsibilities

1. Work with assigned account managers to drive Coyote value and meet customer needs.
2. Attend client meetings with the account manager to understand the client's needs and the brand.
3. Create documents and paperwork management for sales proposals, correspondence, and management reports.
4. Update and maintain orders through the internal computer system.
5. Source products and ideate based on differentiation strategy and client needs.
6. Project and order management from start to finish to meet deadlines.
7. Research, create, and maintain vendor relationships.
8. Negotiate prices to maximize profits.
9. Schedule and follow up on project deliverables and shipments to ensure deadlines.
10. Work as a team with sales, production, creative services, garment services, accounting, warehouse, et. al. to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
11. Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
12. Allow for flexibility and change within the growing department.
13. Able to handle multiple responsibilities. Able to prioritize effectively.
14. Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with clients and Coyote Promotions employees.
15. Exhibit high levels of customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
16. Other job duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience

1. 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales support (ad specialty, merchandise industries) is a plus.
2. Customer service skills: proven ability to deal effectively with clients.
3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and vendors via verbal and written communications.
4. General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to create documents and spreadsheets.
6. Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Purchasing and Ordering Experience

1. Purchasing: negotiation skills, price, and deadlines
2. Marketing: ability to help a client drive differentiation and brand value.
3. Order Processing: project management skills.
4. Multi-tasking: ability to produce goods utilizing one or more vendors.
5. Detail-Oriented: Follow-up and tracking of orders to ensure project deliverables.
