Project Admin/ VA

We are a growing Australian building residential company, looking for the next WEAPON to join our team!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As a Project Admin/ VA, you will play a crucial role in driving on-site efficiencies to drive a positive customer experience.

• Assist in general office duties to support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks such as document preparation
• Coordinate with Suppliers and Vendors to confirm and place orders and deliveries
• Prepare and distribute project related communication to internal and external parties as required
• Collaborate and communicate with team to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and project milestones
• Upload selections into BuilderTrend (set with deadlines) and based on project quote of what’s required or scoped. This also includes the selections agreed during selections appointment
• Maintain and keep the BT Master Template selections folder up to date
• Any selection items deemed to be an upgrade to be priced accordingly
• Assist Operations leader with tasks and organisational duties
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors to keep up to date pricing and insurance certificates up to date.

Education and Work Experience:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable and accountable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
