Contract Specialist

Job Overview:
The Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing, tracking, and coordinating all contract-related activities for The Nabo Group. This includes ensuring that community agreements are transitioned to Nabo contracts, overseeing corporate agreements for the CEO/COO, and tracking renewal timelines within
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Contracts Management:
- Track all newly acquired communities and ensure their agreements are transitioned to Nabo agreements in a timely manner.
- Work closely with acquisition teams to ensure a smooth transition of contracts post-acquisition.
- Identify upcoming contract expirations and proactively coordinate renewals or transitions.
- Maintain a contract repository for all community agreements, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
2. Corporate Contracts & Compliance:
- Track and manage corporate agreements for the CEO/COO, including vendor, service, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure contracts are stored, updated, and renewed as needed in a structured and organized manner.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and flag any discrepancies or upcoming obligations.
- Work with legal and leadership teams to review new and existing agreements as required.
3. Renewals & Tracking:
- Utilize
- Develop automated reminders and workflows for upcoming renewals to ensure proactive action.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to determine renewal decisions.
4. Leadership Coordination
- Act as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries and ensure timely communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Support negotiations and amendments by gathering relevant data and coordinating approvals.
- Maintain a clear audit trail of contract modifications, approvals, and discussions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal compliance, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract tracking software (e.g.,
- Understanding of legal language and ability to coordinate with legal teams when necessary.
- Experience working with corporate agreements, vendor contracts, and community management agreements is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
